How do I remove unauthorized corporate control from my iPhone and accounts?

i just figured out that my iphone is being used as a corporate device..and it shouldnt be! I have no business affiliation whatsoever! I need to know how to get my devices and accounts removed from this immediatly..

At first, i thought i was getting hacked (well still am in a way) because it is a huge breech of my privacy! This person has complete control of my iPhone and multiple accounts. They track my location, read and write messages, took over my social apps, and have been downloading root software which is ruining my device!

please help!

i also do not allow web sign in on apple account. Nobody has my passwords..well except this guy.
  • There is no root software downloaded to your device.
  • There is no way to block web access on your account, unless you do not have the password or unable to provide a verification code when signing in.
  • Changing the Apple Password is the key, and you can view any other device that is logged into your account by going to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom to see the list of devices that can be removed.

Your devices are not compromised. Someone knows both your Apple ID and password. With that, they can see everything you do that is synced to your iCloud storage. They can also manipulate it the same as you since there's no way for the system to know it isn't you.

Change your password - NOW! While logged into iCloud, remotely erase and then remove any devices you don't recognize.

One unfortunately-common path for this:

Did you have two-factor authentication enabled?

Do you re-use your passwords including the password to your Apple Account?

Because if no two-factor and if passwords were re-used, then this is probably not your Apple Account.

Not any more.

No fancy and expensive hacks needed here, unfortunately.

If you can, enable two-factor, and change your Apple Account password.

I’ve done a complete reset to factory settings but like I mentioned before…he has downloaded root software into the device so when I reset it, it goes right back to the same thing. And that’s starting fresh, no backup.

If you have Screen Time Restrictions on your device, then it can block Notes, Camera, Contacts, and even remove the App Store. Turn off Screen Time by going to Settings > Screen Time, and scroll to the bottom to Turn Off Screen Time.

If you are part of a Family Sharing plan, then that can be done by the Organizer of the plan or if someone has physical access to your device to turn on Screen Time. You would know if you are using Family Sharing as the members of the plan are listed at Settings > [name on top] > Family Sharing.

Erasing the phone back to the new setup screen won't change the fact they already have control of the account you keep logging back into.

No, they have NOT installed any malware onto your device. They are in your ACCOUNT.

What do you mean by "do not allow web sign in"? There's nothing abnormal about signing into your own account. Are you saying when you put in your ID name and password, you're told it's wrong?

Nope. No one downloaded “root software” to your device.

EXACTLY what are you seeing?

If you do a factory reset and set it up as a new device without signing into an Apple account at all, does it look and behave normally?

If you then go into Settings>General>VPN & Device Management, what do you see there?

Yes, I had it set up plus had an active recovery key on account. My account is fine. I was able to sign out of that one and put it into account recovery so it’s safe. I created new account and preformed factory reset without using a backup but beings it’s the device registered it didn’t help matters

We can't help if you don't provide answers. Your statement just now suggests the original device is MDM managed.

What is the answer to the question asked by Mac Jim ID?

* What Profiles do you have listed at Settings > General > VPN & Device Management? Provide a screenshot if you wish.
