I accidently set my ipod to transfer music manually. So i had to go in the folders and transfer the music from where i downloaded my libray to my ipod nano 6th gen. After waiting forever it fully downloaded but after i ejected my device it didn't show any music. How do i fix this?

If you mean that you were looking (and using) the folders in Windows Explorer, that will not work. Manually Managing means dragging from iTunes to the iPod. Note that the only item referred to as a "folder" in iTunes is a Playlist Folder, but other than that, there are no folders in iTunes. However, that said, if it was an accident that you changed it to Manually Manage, then why don't you simply change it back to Sync?
