Why is my music library not showing up in Apple Music on web?

When I log into the Apple Music Web version, there is no library or my music. I can listen to music and select "add to library" but then there is no option to actually view the library.

We have an Active Apple Music Subscription.

https://music.apple.com is for playback, or exploring the Apple Music catalog. It doesn't include features to import local files or sync to devices. If you have a subscription to the Apple Music service then it is expected that in each device you enable Sync Library, so that it syncs via the cloud rather than over a cable.

See Use Sync Library with your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support.

When you have an Apple Music subscription the iCloud Music Library is your collection of unhidden purchases along with any songs and playlists that have been matched, uploaded, or added to the library. There is no distinct view that shows "the library", instead there are the alternate views of the library such as Recently Added, Artists, Albums, Songs, etc. The web view should show the same content that an Apple Music or iTunes library signed into the same Apple ID/Account with Sync Library/iCloud Music Library enabled does.
