I have the same MacBook, I just upgraded the iOS. This amounts to theft as I had music in my iTunes library that is unique and not available anywhere else in the world.

I assume you mean MacOS instead of iOS (iOS refers to the iPhone/iPad - not Mac). What version of MacOS did you upgrade from/to? You may also want to see:
