Publishing a children's book from Poland

Hi all,

I want to publish a book through pages on Apple Books and I have few questions regarding that. First of, has anyone done it and can help me with some details regarding the tax information?

This is my main question. I am a resident of Poland and when I signed in to iTunes Connect I have received an agreement - which I am still trying to figure out - and I got an information about tax forms. I am not a U.S. citizen, therefore I don't have any SSN or EIN - what do I actually need to fill out and where shall I send it?

I am an individual publisher, this is my first book so it all looks so confusing to me. Any help is appreciated!
