This fraud website tried to take money from me and I want them blocked

Online Nebula Scam They offered me a Palm Reading for a $1.00 I gave them my debit card for the reading a few days later the AskNebula App took out $45.00 I didn’t understand I didn’t give them permission to take out the money and I didn’t know what it was for I called my bank and told them that I didn’t authorize the transaction I had to get a new debit card tried to dispute it I couldn’t I had no proof I cancelled emails from them deleted the website then the following month with my new debit card they took out another $45.00 on my new debit card they have hacked into my account I called my bank and told them to stop payment and get my money back So far as of today will see what happens There also post dating it too.
