How long does it take to receive an Apple Cash refund after cancellation?

I just sent money to my friend and the amount is kinda huge so, it asked him to put SSN but he cancelled it. On my side also I cancelled the payment. Although both sides cancelled immediately, it doesn’t show up the amount on my apple cash. It already cut off from my bank card. So, may I know how long it will take to get back my money and will it gonna be back into apple cash or bank card?
