Setting up an automatic out-of-office reply in Shortcuts for text messages on iPhone

I am trying to set an auto reply for when I am out of the office using Shortcuts. I've tried a couple of different things, but I can't seem to get it to do exactly what I need it to. What I need it to do is for it to send an automatic message when I am sent a message between the hours of 5 PM to 9 AM. I do not want it to send right at 5 PM when no one texted me first. I want the automatic to send as soon as somebody texts ME. Can anyone help me to figure out how to get Shortcuts to do this for me or if there is another way. Thank you in advance!
