You Should immediately stop sharing an Apple Account.
Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple Account - Apple Support
Then after you consider whether to establish Family Sharing, you may get two Titanium cards as follows:
Set up Apple Card Family and add a co-owner and participants - Apple Support

Well that’s the issue. A Participant card uses Apple Account as a unique identifier. Two separate cards cannot be issued to the same Apple Account.
The bank will not issue you an additional card. They will issue a replacement card upon request, but your card will be disabled.
Unfortunately, there is not a solution or satisfactory work around for your situation.

There are other reasons, not related to the Apple Card, for each having your own account. When you share an account, you're sharing things like iMessages and Recents. Yes, there are workarounds but they keep getting broken.

Sure, Apple Account serves as a unique identifier. Issuing a second card requires several unique identifiers to satisfy federal banking regulations under the Know Your Customer laws.

The article I attached above includes six bullet points explaining some of the adverse side effects of sharing an Apple Account. I would say that’s an incomplete list.
Have you resolved this issue or do you need further assistance?
My husband & I share an Apple account. We do not want 2 Apple accounts so that is not a solution to anything. We would like 2 titanium cards for our one account. Is that possible?
