You Should immediately stop sharing an Apple Account.

Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple Account - Apple Support

Then after you consider whether to establish Family Sharing, you may get two Titanium cards as follows:

Well that’s the issue. A Participant card uses Apple Account as a unique identifier. Two separate cards cannot be issued to the same Apple Account.

The bank will not issue you an additional card. They will issue a replacement card upon request, but your card will be disabled.

Unfortunately, there is not a solution or satisfactory work around for your situation.

Can you explain why we need 2 accounts? We have had only once account for years!

There are other reasons, not related to the Apple Card, for each having your own account. When you share an account, you're sharing things like iMessages and Recents. Yes, there are workarounds but they keep getting broken.
