How to install windows on macpro m4 pro laptop

I purchased my new mac pro m4 pro laptop on Jan 2025. I wanted to added windows but my new laptop does not have Boot Camp Assisitant. I cannot justify paying $99/year for Parallel Desktop. The last time I purchased Parallels for my 2017 mac pro, it was a one-time fee.

What alternative do I have installing windows on my Mac Pro without breaking the bank? If any, what are the steps for the installation?
