Why does my apple cash verification keep failing after I put in all the right info. My account was restricted a few years back because I wasn't 18 but now I am, and when I try to verify it says I am unable to after putting all my information in. Would it be because I still have money in Apple Cash?

Use the information provided here which also contains a link to contact GreenDot bank. Verification does not have anything to do with money still in your Apple Cash, but will be required when a certain threshold of aggregate transactions has been reached.
