Old iPod to new v7 iPod

we have iTunes windows vista and want to convert a new iPod version 7 with our vista iTunes account?

If I've understood you correctly you have iTunes on a computer running Windows Vista. If so, the iTunes version is likely to be 12.10.11.2 (check in iTunes' Help/About iTunes menu).

If you mean that you want to use a recent model iPod Touch (the 7th generation one) with your Windows Vista computer, it is not possible.


The most recent iOS version for the 7th generation iPod Touch is 15.8.3, but that in turn requires Windows 10 or later.
