Tik Watch is an App you had to download to make Tik Tok videos. It is not included with nay iPhone at all.

Not sure where you are seeing this, but it's not part of any iPhone purchase.

Correct. That's what that is. You will receive it, if you set up a trade in when buying the new iPhone on the apple.com website.
