apple business connect id?

so ive looked around on google and the apple website/literature and as far as i can tell, in order to use the apple business call identification feature you are required to have an apple business account/business account id of which on my iphone seems to be the case. everything is checked and available for use under settings/phone/call blocking and identification/business call identification/BUSINESS CONNECT ID. the problem is that i dont own a business nor have i ever registered for any type of business related services from apple. is this a new ios 18.3.1 feature that is available for everyone to use regardless of registering for an apple business account? and if not, then how would i have an apple business account without ever verifying that i acually own a business or have ANY relations to any business of any kind? thanks
