Windows 10 Device Manager

Lately this unknown device seems to be causing me issues. Would it be advisable to delete/disable this device? or should I leave it be ?

In Windows' Events viewer I have hundreds of "error" "warnings" dating back to the day I installed Windows from Bootcamp.
