Cannot switch on Bluetooth on Mac after latest update for Ventura

Bluetooth will not switch on at all after Ventura update. means now cannot use Magic Mouse or wireless keyboard. tried everything I found internet. anyone have any ideas/solutions please ?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 13.7

Try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. Sometimes that will fix anomalies.

Same thing happened to my mac too.. Did you find any resolution about that? pplease let me know.
