Keynote won't print outline

Using: Sequoia 15.3; Keynote 14.3 on a new MacBook Pro -

My Keynote will not print an outline. It is a large presentation. I have tried limiting the size of the print to 10 pages. Keynote still will not print the outline. I get a spinning wheel that goes on forever. If I use 'Force Quit', Keynote shows as "not responding' in red.

I need to print an outline for approval by a government agency. The agency specifies submission of an outline only, not a presentation.

What is the solution?
