So the other night I got water inside my my phone charging port and I didn’t realize And sat my phone to charge overnight and now when I try and copy someone or whenever my phone uses it’s vibrating feature it makes a very weird like broken screech sound and when I shake my phone it feels loose and everything inside is moving, my phone is working perfectly fine besides all of this but I’m scared that it might be broken
It's what makes the iPhone vibrate when a call comes in or otherwise provides mechanical feedback. If it's just not working, you can decide whether you can live without it. If it's continuing to make noise, though, that would be a different decision. Note also that water infiltration can be ongoing, so while your iPhone make be otherwise working fine now, that may not continue to be the case. I'd still recommend taking it to an Apple Store, if you have one in your area. They won't charge you just to check the phone out.

Without being able to examine the iPhone I can only guess, but to me it sounds like the haptic generator may be damaged. Take your iPhone to an Apple Store or authorized service center for evaluation.
