Hello awjhlrgfkujIehir,
You'll have to reinstall macOS which will reinstall Boot Camp Assistant. This doesn't erase your data, but you should still make a backup of your Mac first. Here are the steps:
How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support
Have a nice day!
Do you mean Boot Camp Assistant - because that shouldn't be possible. Even in very old macOS versions, System applications aren't owned by users and can't be deleted without a fair bit of effort. In only moderately old versions like Catalina, SIP makes it effectively impossible to modify the /System contents (and /System/Applications is mapped into /Applications) by accident - you need to disable SIP...and then fight through the other permissions issues. In newer versions, the cryptographic SSV makes it just impossible period.
Do you mean a Boot Camp installation - because that should also be impossible. BOOTCAMP is a Windows partition. You can't "trash" a partition.
What exactly is gone?
