Apple Health App / Medications Reminders STILL not working

Every other day when clicking on a medication reminder either you get a blank screen in the health app, or my medications are gone and the health app asks you to set up a new medications (as if none exists).

Only remedy is to restart the phone, then everything works as it should again.

This is still not fixed in iOS 18.3 and has been around since iOS18.

Is there really no fix for this?

Restarting Health app does nothing

Logging in and out of iCloud does nothing

Restoring your phone does nothing

I have reported this to Apple but nothing is fixed with their iOS updates. This is reported all over the internet so I am certainly not alone.

Has anyone been able to find a fix for this or should I simply download a third party health app instead of having to use the broken one that is coming with this expensive device and having to constantly restart it?

Reporting back that this behavior still does not have a fix in iOS 18.3.1

Left feedback to Apple again.

Yep, already left feedback since quite some time ago. iOS updates arrives but the health app is still broken.

I figured that maybe someone might have a trick to fix this before I delete the Health app and look for 3rd party apps. Or that this post might give some more traction to the problem.

I was simply asking if someone here at this forum had any idea of how to stop this problem from appearing in the health app. Maybe something that can be toggled on and off to fix it? Not how to report it to Apple as this is already something that has been exhausted by many users including myself.

Other users have already reached out to Apple about this and while they confirm the issue still there is still no fix for this in their software updates.

Perhaps should those affected, enter 'Feedback to Apple' direct

as this may help notify actual Apple team who'd check into this.

Main portal into product hardware & software starts here:

Product Feedback - Apple

//www.apple.com/feedback/

While doing so would not automatically tell those who report of

any issue, if that were a success. ~ Seldom are replies offered

to anyone who shares with Apple's Feedback site channels.

An example of one possible path, to report a solitary aspect

of your issue; might travel through, to find Subject or Topic:

Feedback - Reminders - Apple

//www.apple.com/feedback/reminders/

"Reminders" is one, among several for iOS.

As software may be affected by hardware.

For best results recommend end-user reports

include more than one Feedback Topic - when

indications could show diverse vector/causes.

That's what I've done; and never expect a reply!

peofromswe..

Could show a need to diversify, or re-apply different types

of Feedback to Apple, rather than same ideas re-stated?

Surely you might find another channel or feedback form

that offers a different angle of attack, in regard to Helpful

repair or redesign to what underlies this issue. Any ideas?

Instead of one groove, on record, might show Apple team

a wider interest. To make the changes you seek. From more

than one point; make a few. ~ Since more than one product

could find useful change; to affect the outcome, as I've said.

And each of those new topics you could branch into, with a

newer look, may affect the sense of urgency to fix this issue.

While I've never had any problems with this, I know how to get

some attention and report a problem across hardware/software.

Don't just cover same ground. Each means to report an issue

give other selections; choose from those on a different path.

Every product both Software and Hardware offer a Feedback

Channel, direct to a section of the Apple team. If you've seen

little depth of action, I suggest a different Feedback direction.
