Recovering Music from old iTunes account without email access

I need help restoring access to an ancient iTunes account to recover all of my music, but I don't have access to the email address associated with the account any longer.

Old iTunes account I downloaded thousands of songs and pictures to my iPod in about 2007 (I think). That iPod worked great until I exposed it to an magnet a couple years ago and the spring released making the iPod into toast. All my music was organized into folders and I miss my music so much! How can I get back into my iTunes account when A) I don’t have the same laptop I created the account on, and B) I can’t remember the email I used at the time. I DO still have the same phone number though. Any suggestions will be appreciated! Dont know if it matters but I use Apple now— I was an Android user back then.
