iCloud login not always showing during iPad configuration
Hello,
We manage approximately 750 iPads and have been experiencing an issue during the configuration phase. Occasionally, users do not reach the screen to log in to iCloud.
All devices are using the same enrollment profile (Jamf). Initially, I thought this was a temporary issue, but it has persisted for nearly two years.
Is this a known problem?
