Managed Apps Disappeared from iPads

I have Apple Business Manager with Intune as the MDM.

I have registered the devices and applied a profile. I have both iPads and iPhones.

My managed applications have all installed, and I can run reports in Intune telling me the versions which are installed.

They have disappeared from the screen and cannot be used anymore.
