When attempting to add iPads via Configurator on Mac, receive error “Provisional enrollment failed “

Make sure below things are checked:
Make sure you are not under VPN or Firewall.
Make sure it's not part of ABM/ASM already.
You are using proper Apple ID with enough permissions.
If none works, reset the device and give another try.
