Random charges that don’t show up in purchase history

I get charged a bill of $4.27 on top of my monthly apple music subscription for $10.99 monthly. I’m not subscribed to anything other than apple music & haven’t purchased/rented anything. Not sure why I’m being overcharged. This charge of $4.27 has also never showed up in the purchase history review option, making it impossible to request a refund. However, it’s on my bank statement, so, I know it’s there. This has happened to hundreds of people online, including myself.
