Is there an app on the Mac that produces MP3, AAC, WMA, or FLAC music files?

I used to use Rogue Amoeba's audio hijack, but on upgrading to sequoia OS, it no longer works.

The player I use while swimming can use only MP3, AAC, WMA, or FLAC music files.

Is there an app on the mac that can record and produce such files ?

Or could you suggest a free or inexpensive third-party app for this function?

Thank you.

See Convert music file formats in Music on Mac - Apple Support. Music can convert to .mp3 and .m4a. It can also produce .wav and .aif, but they are not likely to be so useful. It cannot produce .wma or .flac formats. It can only work with locally stored files that are not derived from the Apple Music service as those are DRM protected.
