I can’t change the Apple Store region thing

Because of the United States beef w china, I changed my region to download an app that’s related to bytedance, but I changed it too much and the change region button from the Apple Store doesn’t appear and ion have no subscription or family sharing >:(( do I have to wait or is it like that forever pls help
