Sequoia 15.2 downloaded with AI

Sequoia 15.2 was automatically downloaded to my MacBook Air and includes AI. Now it says if I open AI, I may not be able to update further IOS data. What's going on? Should I delete the download because I don't want to eliminate important IOS updates?

Apple Intelligence is not automatically enabled in macOS Sequoia v15.2. It is optional for you to enable, can be disabled once it is enabled, and will not interfere with future macOS updates.

If your Mac has installed the Sequoia v15.2 upgrade, leave it alone. If it appears in your System Settings > General > Software Update, then leave that alone too.

Macs do not run iOS, which is for iPhones only, just as iPadOS is for iPads.
