Black screen on MacBook Air after charging

First thing that was like the first day that I got my computer I was like that because we were we buy one day before one week before of Christmas and I asked my stepdad for buying me one for Christmas and I put a charger on the next day on 25 of December, I put a shark and Shower and it wasn’t working then as I was with a whole day again and now I was thinking that that was what happened but I have almost 2 days jogging and it’s not working. Nothing is working. What should I do?
