Instances where notifications in my iphone 16 pro are delayed

I’m having problems with my notifications being delayed. I tried everything on the internet, even checked if my do not disturb mode is on. Yet, there are times whenever I’m not on my phone or I’m watching netflix that notifications get delayed. For instance, I was watching on netflix for about 30 mins then checked my messenger only to find that there were already messages and calls missed.

There was also an instance where facetime was delayed too. Tried force restarting the phone and it seemed to fix the problem for the facetime part but the messenger notification still gets delayed.
