iPhone email flashing (restarting?)

If I try to read emails in all inboxes mode my email flashes and then restarts repeatedly. It’s fine for the individual mailboxes. Is there a fix for this annoying issue? I see someone posted an earlier question about this issue but there seemed to be no answer other than it might be a problem with iOS 18?
