How do I recover lost data on my iPhone 13 Pro Max?

I lost all the data on my phone and I don't know how to recover it. The information was very important.Photos, videos, notes and messages are my priority.

You can't lose data. Did you manually delete it? Did you have to restore the phone after a passcode violation?

If you set a daily backup, then restore the backup before the next backup cycle.

If the data is all sync'd to iCloud (the default setup) and you didn't manually delete it then it's still there.

If you have no backups and you turned off iCloud photos etc then it's gone.

No. The data is not 'backed up by Apple'.

IF you were signed into your Apple account, AND you had already enabled Backups to iCloud, AND you had sufficient iCloud storage space available, your phone would have backed up every night when it was in standby and connected to power and WiFi.

After erasing the phone, when it goes through its startup process, you will be prompted to transfer your data from another device or restoring from a backup. If you have a backup, you can restore from that. If you did not have a backup either in iCloud or made in iTunes on your computer, your data is gone.
