Numbers with shared activity hanging on launch

Number works fine with normal spreadsheets.

However, I have one that's shared and it keeps hanging on launch.

There's nothing else I can do as the cursor turns into a spinning rainbow.

I can only force quit and reopen it only to have it do the same thing again.

Is there any way to fix it?

I have a M3 MacBook that can open that spreadsheet just fine.

Problem is only on this Intel iMac from 2020.
