HomePod temperature sensors stuck in 'Not Working' mode

Hello,

I have a second generation HomePod, which is a refurbished model that I purchased from the Apple website. However, I occasionally have problems with the temperature and humidity sensors. Here are the issues:

  • The sensors get stuck in ‘Not Working’ mode for hours, then reactivate.
  • I've tried various solutions, such as rebooting, resetting and moving to another room.
  • This morning, the temperature was around 17°C. The sensors weren't working. Now it's up to 19°C, but the sensors are still inactive.

Main question:

  • Are the recommended temperatures for the HomePod, between 15°C and 30°C according to Apple Support, sufficient to ensure that the sensors work properly, even outside this range?
  • Have you encountered similar difficulties and found a lasting solution?

Thank you for your feedback.
