My MacBook Air’s battery percentage fluctuates drastically. When I charge it, it jumps from 0% to 100% within minutes, and then drops from 100% to 10% just as quickly. This is a brand-new laptop activated only two days ago. Could someone help me understand what’s causing this issue? :(
