Online Ordering
Today I placed an online order for an iphone adapter and chosen to pick up from the store as it was showing that it will be ready for pick up on the same day. I have expected the order will be ready in couple of hours but unfortunately it is taking way longer. Which is frustrating. Spoke to the customer service over the phone and they said it’s under review where my bank account has already been charged. And she advised me I can cancel the order which will cost me 4-5% for processing and I can buy an adapter directly from the store which sounded really strange to me.
Really frustrated, had a very good impression about apples service but unfortunately not anymore.
