On my 2021 MacBook Pro Sequoia 15.1.1, when I have several tabs open but haven't been active in Safari for perhaps 30 minutes, Safari closes itself and I can't recover the tabs. Sometimes clicking on Safari in the dock doesn't even open up Safari. If I open a new private tab, none of the tabs I had open appear.
