mail account issues with CenturyLink

I am constantly receiving pop-up prompts for passwords to my CenturyLink email addresses. The most up-to-date operating systems are installed on my family laptop and iPhones. I have verified the passwords and server settings as correct. Anyone else having these issues with CenturyLink?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.2

I should add that we are able to connect intermittently to the CenturyLink server and download email. The account(s) can be offline for 5 minutes, then online for an hour, and then offline again. To the best of my knowledge we have not lost any emails. The use of CenturyLink Webmail is dependable.

To Allan Andrews: Many of us have had this problem after updating to IOS 18 and CenturyLink is aware of it. Their web site advises us to use the CenturyLink Webmail service and that's what I've been doing since November of last year. Hopefully, Apple will resolve this one day because we don't believe the fault lies with Centurylink.
