Trying to import old fcp files to Final Cut 10.8. looking for any suggestions on how to convert files.
Could you give specifics of exactly what type and old FCP files you mean, and what version of the application created it?
The fcp files are about 5-10 years old and were created on Final Cut express (not sure of version).
I'm afraid those files can no longer be brought into FCP. The media of course can be used, but the project files cannot.
