Final Cut Pro will not read Music Library

It's a long story, but essentially I had to create a new user and transfer my data from the old one.

This was generally no problem, but I had to re-install Final Cut Pro. FCP works normally with the exception that it will not read my Music Library. It only accesses an unnamed folder I n Music that contains two unimportant voice recordings. I have tried previously recommended actions such as starting FCP with Ctrl and Cmd held down, but this does not do anything.

The problem does not stop me adding music tracks, but it makes it far less convenient.

Any recommendations how I can access my main music library, or reset preferences?

What exactly happens when you select the Music icon in the browser?

What do you see when you click the menu seen at the top right (indicated by an arrow in the screenshot below)?

Where is the Music library located? HD or SSD? Internal or external? It may take a few seconds to populate the browser.

Also, you may want to try starting Music, and then starting FCP. I seem to remember this helping someone, a while ago.
