Why are some songs only 10 seconds in iTunes 12.8.3?

when trying to add songs I have got off the internet, some will add fine others will be only 10 sec long, they play in full with quick time

Previewing songs on iTunes for Windows When I click on a song when I am on iTunes, I get a spinning circle and the song never loads. My connectivity is fine. I even ran diagnostics and it shows it is working.
