Using HomePod status for an if statement in shortcuts

hello all ,

Hoping for some expertise here as I am unsure if what I want to do as possible.I am setting up a four button scene switch on my Apple home app. I’ve used three of the buttons for toggles for lights and Garage Doors using the shortcut feature of the Home app automations.

The last button I would like to set up so that, when it’s pressed, if the HomePod is not playing, it plays a rock station. If it is playing, it stops playing.

I can’t seem to figure out how to use the HomePod status as a trigger. I can use the state of all of the other accessories in the garage as triggers for the if statement. It doesn’t appear in the list of accessories to use as a trigger.

Is this just impossible or do I need to do it another way such as get status or something like that?

Many thanks

Paul.
