Sharing name and photo persists after switching from iPhone to Android

At some stage I must have turned this on and used a picture of my toddler. Now, whenever I call friends who have an Iphone they see this picture. I cannot figure out how to disable this by logging into my apple ID/Account on my PC and support will not allow me to start a chat without a registered device on the account. I really dont want this picture showing up for people i call and wasn't really aware it was still happening!

Any help appreciated.

When you share a photo or name with someone, the recipient has the choice to either update or disregard the information you've provided. It's important to note that this data isn't automatically stored on their device without their explicit action to save it. This gives them control over what they want to do with the shared content, ensuring their autonomy and privacy in managing the information they receive from you.
