My new Roland A 500pro is not sending an signal to my DAW even though I it recognises the hardware noting is coming through.. Also there's VRS. 5.535 and [enter] was written on my Roland screen.. Anyone please help

Are you routing the Roland through a Mac? If so, how are you connecting the Roland and the DAW (if a separate device) to your Mac and what DAW and/or application are you trying to use? And what Mac model and what version of macOS is it running?
