i never subscribed to apple arcade.

I one looked at subscriptions and saw apple arcade. I checked the payments and saw 12 payments for this subscription. I never subscribed to it. When I tried to do report a problem and do request refund i only gave me the last two payments as a option. the subscription was 6.99 each month.
