Photobooth video does not play

I have just filmed two videos on photobooth. The first was a test and was 10 seconds long and it opens fine. The second video I can find is a file that is saved in the Photobooth Library>Pictures and is a 543.2mB size but it will not open or play. I have tried dragging and dropping it on Quicktime, and it comes up with the message "The file isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player". I tried on VLC and it does not open. Same thing when I airdropped it to my iPhone and tried to open it on there. The video is about 10 minutes long and it would be a real pain to have to film it again, so I am wondering if anyone has figured out what is going on. I found a post on this forum from 1 September 2023, but there was no useful info on the reply thread:
