How do I make Google Photos the default image attachment tool in iOS apps

How does one make Google Photos the application that is used to select photos from the device to attach or send from every app on the iPhone?

If one does not use the Apple Photos application there are no images stored in the local gallery. When trying to attach a photo from any application, for example Add Media in the Strava app to an activity, the only choice is to select from the (empty) Apple Photos gallery.

Millions of people use Google Photos (in iOS devices) and we all want to use Google Photos as the tool to attach images to messages, email and other apps.

And no, you cannot "share" from Google Photos to every application in iOS; only selected apps are available as a target for sharing.
