Mi iPod classic dice can’t open divice

Lo he reiniciado varias veces presionando la tecla central y menú y me sale este mensaje CAN’T OPEN DIVICE.

vuelvo a presionar las teclas y me sale una X ROJA WUE DICE www.apple.com/support/ipod.

How can I get tech support for my 5th Gen iPod? My 5th gen iPod classic ( model A1136 - 30 GB) screen comes on intermittently and when on, displays "www.apple.com/support/ipod". No puedo activar mi iphone Tengo un iPhone 7 al que restaure de fabrica hace unos meses por ende quedo apagado sin utilizarse, un amigo quiere comprarlo pero cuando lo prendi me sale un aviso que dice "No se pudo activar" "actualiza tu iphone para activarlo" "Obten mas informacion en apple.com/la/support." y la opcion de "Apagar", conecte el celular a mi notebook, abri el iTunes y lo actualice, luego se apago y me sigue saltando el ,ismo aviso como si no estuviera actualizado
