You have "cleanmymac", which many of us here consider to be malware. It has earned the not-so-nice nickname of "brickmymac".
You should begin by completely uninstalling this darned thing.
You are running low on system drive free space (just above 10%). It is usually recommended to have at least 15-20% free space on the system drive.
You have expressvpn. Unless used to create a tunnel to a work or school network, according to their instructions, vpn are not improving your security, indeed more the opposite is true.
See Public VPN are anything but private
You have old extensions that do not work in recent systems, like Soundflower. It was great, but has not been updated in years and does not in Sequoia (in fact it did not work already in Ventura, I think).
Those old samsung drivers are not needed at all, and could cause problems accessing your external drives.
For many years now there has been no need for drive manufacturer sofware, as your Mac can use the drives with the system software alone.
You have the google updater and keystone things - they are known to severely affect video applications by hogging the system videotoolbox.
Completely uninstall Chrome and particularly its background tasks - see https://chromeisbad.com
Then delete and reinstall FCP, and see how things go.
Due to the sheer amount of extensions, agents and daemons, I'd seriously consider doing a clean install.
Probably several of these things were installed years ago, on a previous mac, and migrated.
It is recommended, when migrating to a new mac (and especially going from intel to m1), to migrate ONLY the user accounts. This way, one keeps all the personal stuff but starts with a clean system.
