It only loads and does not download. No I don’t have the VPN or anything like that. I have restarted the phone. Log out and in from the App Store. I have prioritize the download. I can’t even update my iOS.
What happens on cellular connection? How fast and stable/reliable is your WiFi?
Full bars. Not updating of cellular data either. Only shared hotspots
Why aren’t you updating on cellular if you have full bars? What error messages are you receiving when updates fail? Are you using a VPN or have a VPN profile installed?
